Capital Markets & Banking Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Capital Markets & Banking Manager to lead transformation projects for our clients in the financial services sector. Based in Brussels, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, shape project outcomes, and help clients navigate the rapid evolution of capital markets and banking.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams delivering large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Define outcomes, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Conduct detailed analyses while maintaining a strategic overview of each initiative.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide coaching to junior colleagues.
• Act as an Accenture ambassador to clients and internal teams, fostering relationships and supporting sales efforts.
• Develop expertise in industry topics and contribute innovative ideas to the practice.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in the Financial Services industry (banks, private banks, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex consulting projects.
