Campus Recruiter

About the role

As a Campus Recruiter for Deloitte in Belgium, you will be the face of our employer brand at universities and career events, building relationships with emerging talent and guiding them through the recruitment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Deloitte at career fairs and on‑campus recruitment initiatives across Belgium.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of students and recent graduates, acting as the first point of contact.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, negotiating offers and closing contracts.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide strategic talent‑acquisition advice aligned with their objectives.
• Share best practices, incorporate market insights and stay abreast of emerging recruitment trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team‑player with a passion for people and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
