About the role

Emirates is looking for personable, adaptable individuals to join its cabin crew team in Dubai. As the face of the airline, you will ensure passengers feel safe, comfortable, and well‑served throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse, international passenger base.
• Manage safety, security, and emergency procedures on board.
• Coordinate in‑flight services, including meals, beverages, and cabin cleanliness.
• Assist passengers with special needs and address any concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of hospitality or customer‑service experience.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Height at least 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Willingness to meet UAE employment visa requirements.
