Buyer – Procurement of Electronic Materials

About the role

EVS is seeking a proactive Buyer to join its Procurement team. You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing electronic raw materials, ensuring a reliable supply chain while supporting the company’s growth and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders, monitor delivery dates, and follow up on direct procurement.
• Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders, negotiate terms, and maintain the purchasing catalog.
• Update the Kees ERP system and keep SharePoint documentation current.
• Track ESG progress and ensure compliance with internal purchase procedures.
• Oversee electronic component procurement, guaranteeing on‑time delivery and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the electronic market.
• Strong focus on quality, detail‑oriented, and customer‑centric.
• Excellent communication in French and English.
• Ability to work autonomously, plan tasks, and handle pressure.
