Business/Data Analyst – Industry X

About the role

As a Business/Data Analyst within the Industry X team in Belgium, you will support multinational clients on their digital transformation journeys. You will help redesign products and services across the value chain—from design and engineering to manufacturing and distribution—to boost operational efficiency and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering strategic assessments and implementation projects for clients in utilities, chemicals, life sciences, oil & gas, and other sectors.
• Support solution design, blueprint creation, infrastructure design, and data‑model development.
• Participate in client workshops, test prototypes, and present findings to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring solutions into production environments.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with a strong interest in industrial digitalisation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate with both technical and business audiences.
