Business Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Manager to act as an entrepreneur within Intys, a fast‑growing Belgian management consulting group. You will build, lead and grow your own business line, develop client relationships and drive tangible results in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a business development strategy aligned with Intys’ consulting approach.
• Acquire and develop a client portfolio through networking and commercial activities.
• Recruit, develop and manage a team of consultants.
• Ensure Intys services meet client expectations, quality standards and business objectives.
• Proactively manage business objectives and profitability.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
• Strong management and natural leadership abilities.
• Result‑, client‑ and people‑oriented with a decisive, proactive mindset.
• Curious, ambitious, resilient and a problem‑solver.
• Mature, assertive and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
