Business Development Trainee Europe

About the role

Join the European Development team at Radisson Hotel Group as a Business Development Trainee. You will support the growth of the hotel portfolio across Europe by working closely with investors, internal stakeholders, and the development community.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on hotel projects, evaluate feasibility and prepare financial projections.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Technical, and Legal departments to develop project documentation.
• Perform market research and compile business intelligence for regional markets.
• Assist in preparing internal project approval documents and investor presentation material.
• Maintain up‑to‑date marketing and sales documentation for the team.
• Ensure databases and bi‑weekly regional reporting are current.

Required profile

• Passionate about the hotel industry and hotel development.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to align with team responsibilities.
• Self‑reliant, entrepreneurial and ready to take on challenges.
• Proficient in business English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and financial understanding.
