Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of our Contract Logistics business in Belgium. You will work with leading FMCG brands, helping them optimise warehousing, distribution and fulfilment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new contract logistics opportunities across Belgium.
• Build relationships with senior decision‑makers in FMCG, food & beverage, retail and consumer goods companies.
• Design tailored warehousing, fulfilment and distribution solutions in collaboration with operations and solution design teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract, including negotiations, presentations and tenders.
• Develop existing accounts through strategic account planning.
• Monitor market trends in the Belgian FMCG and logistics sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in contract logistics, 3PL, warehousing, distribution or supply‑chain solutions.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working with FMCG, food & beverage, retail or consumer‑goods customers.
• Strong commercial instincts and confidence in negotiating high‑value solutions.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
