Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join Cream, a consulting firm serving large organisations in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Energy, Pharmaceutical and Transport. You will build and maintain client relationships, recruit consulting talent and guide their career development.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their needs, respond to RFP/RFQ, design competitive offers and negotiate contracts.
• Support clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure success and follow‑up.
• Identify, attract and assess high‑potential candidates for consulting positions.
• Oversee the career progression of consultants, providing training, skill development and personal growth plans.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of business development experience in a consulting environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interest in business development.
• Pro‑active, dynamic, results‑driven and able to meet demanding targets.
