About the role

MEGA is looking for a Business Development Manager to create and scale B2B2C partnerships across Belgium for its Energy and Telecom divisions. The role focuses on identifying new distribution channels, negotiating contracts and driving customer acquisition through trusted partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop B2B2C partnership opportunities across multiple industries (retail, digital platforms, etc.).
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with partners from initial contact through contract signing, activation and performance monitoring.
  • Co‑design tailored offers and acquisition funnels, lead negotiations on commercial terms and business models.
  • Develop business cases, pricing and ROI analyses together with the Head of Customer Value Proposition.
  • Coordinate internal execution with Marketing, Operations and other teams to launch and activate partnerships.
  • Actively manage and “farm” partnerships to maximise monthly performance, monitoring CAC, ROI and KPIs.
  • Represent MEGA at industry events, networking meetings and partner visits.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in B2B2C partnership development or channel sales.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to analyse financial metrics such as CAC, ROI and pricing models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
