Business Development & Account Manager

About the role

PanTera is looking for an experienced Business Development & Account Manager to lead strategic customer engagement and build long‑term partnerships with key radiopharmaceutical accounts worldwide. The role combines account management for medium and large customers with the creation of high‑impact growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client success by coordinating internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute commercial contracts.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services, maintaining accurate customer data in CRM and ERP systems.
• Represent PanTera at trade fairs, congresses, and customer visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Identify, develop, and lead strategic mid‑ and long‑term business initiatives, including expanding production capacity into new geographies.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, design partnership models for clinical‑to‑commercial transitions, and support funding and investment processes.
• Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive activities to anticipate customer needs and drive new business.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or a scientific field.
• 5–10 years of experience structuring strategic thinking into execution, preferably in radiopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Proactive, independent, team‑oriented, and flexible with a strong desire to learn innovative technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
