Business Developer – Renewable Energy

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to drive growth in large‑scale industrial renewable energy projects. You will work with a fast‑growing partner that covers the full renewable energy value chain, focusing on solar, wind, EV charging, BESS and Energy Management Systems.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, initiate and develop innovative solar, wind, EV charging, BESS and EMS projects.
- Create and execute a business development plan aligned with the company’s renewable energy strategy.
- Generate leads through inbound requests, personal network and proactive prospecting.
- Educate clients on technical specifications and formulate win‑win business proposals.
- Negotiate and secure contracts for hybrid wind turbines, large‑scale solar installations, EV charging infrastructure, BESS and EMS projects.
- Act as primary contact for local and regional stakeholders, building partnerships to increase visibility and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal business development and project management teams.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field, or equivalent education.
- Commercial aptitude with proven B2B prospecting, PPA experience or contract negotiation.
- Passion for renewable energy and a results‑driven mindset.
