Business Developer – Innovation Consulting, up to €65k + uncapped bonus

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international innovation consulting group based in Belgium. You will sell funding‑focused solutions to CEOs, R&D leaders, start‑ups and multinational corporations, helping them unlock financing for cutting‑edge projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects across technology, aerospace, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
• Build a robust pipeline through networking, LinkedIn outreach and referrals.
• Analyse clients' R&D projects to uncover optimisation and funding opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract negotiation and signing.
• Develop long‑term relationships with decision‑makers and act as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Business Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, professional proficiency in the other national language and English.
• First experience in sales, business development, consulting or a client‑facing role; recent graduates with strong commercial drive are welcome.
