About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to lead B2B sales for the beverage sector in Belgium. You will be responsible for generating new large accounts, managing the sales pipeline and building lasting client relationships to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect high‑potential accounts through cold‑calling, trade fairs, FMCG partners and networking events.
- Process and convert leads from digital marketing campaigns and support from the OOH sales team.
- Prepare client visits using HubSpot CRM data, present tailored offers, negotiate terms and close deals.
- Guide prospects through the pre‑ordering process to ensure product availability.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts to secure long‑term business.
- Participate in team meetings to share best practices and customer feedback.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role in B2B and FMCG environments.
- Strong hunter mindset with a track record of meeting ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in French, Dutch and English.
- Ability to analyse sales data and manage pipelines in a CRM system.
