Business Controller – Supply Chain & Innovation

About the role

The Business Controller for Supply Chain & Innovation will act as the financial bridge between operational performance and future growth. Based in Brussels, you will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing and Finance to provide clear financial insight for key decisions and support the business case for new innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor costs, performance and key financial indicators together with Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for logistics, distribution and procurement activities.
• Develop and challenge financial business cases for innovation and new product development projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, NPD, Sales and Operations to ensure alignment on project profitability.
• Contribute to reporting improvements, process simplification and data quality using SAP and related tools.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of controlling experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or supply‑chain environments.
• Ability to translate complex figures into clear business insights.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and experience building partnerships with non‑finance stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Danish are a plus.
