Business Controller

About the role

As a Business Controller at Cream Consulting, you will turn data into actionable insights that drive growth for a leading Business & Technology consulting firm serving banking, insurance, telecom, energy and transport sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and continuously improve financial and operational reporting.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to clients, suppliers and payroll.
• Support management with business analysis and decision‑making.
• Enhance data quality and oversee controlling processes.
• Develop new reporting and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Business teams.
• Participate in internal projects that boost performance and growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling or Corporate Finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Interest in business operations and performance management.
• Native French speaker with a good command of English.
• Nice‑to‑have experience in consulting, services or IT environments.
• Familiarity with databases or reporting tools and an interest in technology and data.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
