Business Controller – Brussels

About the role

We are looking for a Business Controller to join our dynamic organisation in Brussels. In this position you will provide financial insights, support strategic decision‑making and help strengthen business performance through accurate reporting, analysis and proactive financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial reporting, analysis, and performance monitoring tools.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Analyse business results and deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations and business teams to improve decision‑making.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in business controlling, financial analysis or a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with a business‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to different stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured and eager to contribute to a growing organisation.
