Business Controller – 30 days vacation & mobility budget

About the role

We are looking for a Business Controller who will turn financial data into actionable insights and influence strategic decisions at group level. You will work closely with top management in a fast‑growing international cosmetics company based in Brussels.

Key responsibilities

• Transform financial data into clear, actionable insights for decision‑makers.
• Monitor and challenge key KPIs such as revenue, margins, costs and inventory.
• Lead monthly closings and ensure data reliability.
• Act as a business partner to country directors and operational teams.
• Support transformation projects related to tools, processes and data.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance.
• 5–8 years of experience in controlling and/or audit.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Financial analysis and reporting.
• KPI monitoring and variance analysis.
• Monthly closing procedures.
• Business partnering.

• Salary up to €65,000 gross per year, based on experience.
