About the role

We are looking for a Business Consultant to drive business development, manage client relationships, and coordinate talent recruitment. You will act as a bridge between clients and our consulting teams, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by prospecting and building long‑term client relationships.
• Define and implement commercial strategies tailored to consulting projects.
• Support clients throughout the sales cycle, from needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Advise clients at a strategic level on challenges and project execution.
• Select and match consultants to client projects, optimizing talent utilization.
• Manage negotiations to achieve profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Monitor commercial and operational performance through KPI analysis and reporting.
• Maintain a portfolio of clients and consultants, ensuring quality, continuity, and long‑term collaboration.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial and results‑driven mindset with strong strategic thinking.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably within consulting.
• Interest and understanding of recruitment and talent matching.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Highly autonomous, well‑organized, and focused on quality and results.
• Relevant professional experience can replace formal higher‑education qualifications.
