Business Analyst – Mobility Business Line

About the role

We are seeking a Business/Data Analyst to strengthen our Mobility Business Line, which operates in the automotive, motorcycle and motorhome sectors across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will build and maintain a structured performance‑management framework, support Key Account Managers, and deliver reliable reporting for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a business performance management framework.
• Consolidate, validate and improve performance reporting and dashboards.
• Support Key Account Managers in monitoring commercial action plans and tracking performance against objectives.
• Design a common, actionable reporting and monitoring methodology.
• Coordinate Mobility‑related business projects, monitor progress and facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Prepare steering‑committee and governance materials, escalating risks and issues as needed.
• Contribute to pricing change preparation and economic analyses.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business performance management.
• Proven ability to structure and deliver executive‑level reporting.
• Experience supporting commercial teams and coordinating business projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information for management.
