Broker Manager – Belgium

About the role

We are looking for a Broker Manager to acquire and support our broker partners across Belgium, guiding them through the full sales cycle and integrating insured companies onto the Baobab platform.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new broker partners and support existing ones throughout the sales process, from first contact to contract signing.
• Work closely with the General Manager BeNeLux to shape go‑to‑market strategy and expand market presence.
• Integrate insured companies onto the Baobab platform and advise on risk mitigation together with in‑house specialists.
• Maintain multiple broker relationships simultaneously and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience as an insurance broker, underwriter or sales representative in the insurance industry; cyber‑insurance experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, deadlines and time independently.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate with commercial clients.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (business level); French is a plus.
• Based in the Netherlands and willing to travel across Belgium.
