About the role

Join the Food Service team at a leading international hotel brand and create memorable breakfast experiences for guests. As a Breakfast Waiter you will support the smooth operation of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Assist in the daily running of the breakfast service, delivering food and beverage orders promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
Collaborate with colleagues and the Head of Department to meet productivity targets and inventory requirements.
Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues with a positive, solution‑focused attitude.
Uphold company policies, local regulations, and brand standards throughout all service interactions.

Required profile

Previous experience in food and beverage service.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing service environments.
Pro‑active, hands‑on approach with strong personal integrity.
Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
