Brand Manager

About the role

This remote Brand Manager role supports a partner company in Belgium, helping clients in the restaurant and hospitality sector shape impactful marketing initiatives. You will act as a strategic partner, overseeing branding, digital content, media, websites, and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner for clients, guiding and executing marketing programs.
• Manage client projects from request to delivery, defining requirements and coordinating resources.
• Develop clear briefs for internal and external creative, strategy, and media teams.
• Prioritize projects, tasks, and deliverables in team planning sessions.
• Lead internal discussions on client expectations, project progress, and strategic direction.
• Maintain project timelines, workflows, and updates using project management tools.
• Communicate regularly with clients, addressing questions and providing status updates.
• Present marketing strategies, content recommendations, and performance insights.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Experience in an agency environment, preferably within restaurant, hospitality or consumer‑focused industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
