Brand Manager Assistant Internship

About the role

Join the Fine Biscuits Company Group as a Brand Manager Assistant Intern and support the development and activation of premium biscuit brands across Europe. You will work closely with internal R&D, sales, supply, and external design agencies to bring new products and campaigns to market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis using distributor and consumer panels and perform competitive reviews.
• Assist in the development of new products and product renovations, coordinating with internal and external teams.
• Contribute to media, PR, event, and sampling activations and analyse their results.
• Coordinate the brand’s social‑media activity in partnership with the digital team.
• Support packaging development by briefing and de‑briefing design agencies.
• Help launch innovations through ideation, consumer research, and sales‑pitch preparation.
• Monitor brand budget and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a master’s degree in marketing or economics.
• Interest in the FMCG sector, preferably with some marketing experience.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexible, eager to learn, proactive and able to think outside the box.
• Multicultural sensitivity and team‑spirit.
• Fluent in English; French, Dutch or Italian are a plus.

What we offer

• 39.5‑hour work week for a 6‑month internship starting July 2026.
• Monthly stipend of €950.
• Location in Brussels (Watermael‑Boitsfort) with onsite work.
• Hands‑on experience in a leading premium biscuit group within the Ferrero ecosystem.
• Exposure to product development, brand activation and cross‑functional collaboration.
