Brand Management Internship – Eucerin

About the role

Join Beiersdorf’s Eucerin brand team in Brussels as a Brand Management Intern. You will support the launch and relaunch of product categories, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and gain hands‑on experience in FMCG marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing launch materials, briefings for Nielsen & IQVIA, and internal launch events.
• Manage office stock, postal activities, and translation reviews for marketing assets.
• Support communication and PR activities, including briefings for PR & Influencer managers and organization of events.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns: create briefs, validate content, and track timelines.
• Update product pages, campaign landing pages, and localise digital assets with the Digital Activation Manager.
• Conduct market analysis on product trends, competitive landscape, and promotional environment.
• Participate in team meetings to understand cross‑departmental workflows.

Required profile

• Master’s level studies in Marketing, Digital, or Business.
• At least one long‑term internship, preferably in FMCG.
• Business‑level English and native‑level French or Dutch.
• Availability to work on‑site in Brussels at least three days per week.

Required skills

• Strong written communication in English, French, and/or Dutch.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and content localisation.

• Net salary of €1,100 per month.
• Six weeks of holiday for a six‑month internship.
