Brand & Digital Communication Manager

About the role

Profirst, an independent brand experience agency, is looking for a Brand & Digital Communication Manager to shape how the agency is seen, heard and talked about. The role combines strategic brand building with hands‑on content production and external representation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer Profirst’s brand positioning, voice, manifesto and editorial line across all touchpoints.
• Own the end‑to‑end communication strategy, including website redesign, social media, case studies, newsletters and PR.
• Produce and edit content yourself – from short‑form video reels to written posts and presentation decks.
• Act as the public face of Profirst at conferences, panels, juries and key client meetings.
• Run trend‑watching and innovation labs to identify growth opportunities and new formats.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing, communication or brand strategy, preferably in luxury, fashion, beauty or premium hospitality.
• Proven track record of growing brand awareness, share of voice and pipeline contribution.
• Strong cultural and aesthetic judgement with fluency in French and English (Dutch a plus).
• Education from a top‑tier institution is preferred; international exposure valued.
