Brand Controller

About the role

The Brand Controller will join the Benelux Shared Service Organization in Brussels, reporting to the FP&A Manager and supporting the Country General Manager of Parfums Christian Dior SA. The role combines financial reporting, performance analysis and process improvement to drive profitability of the brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and related provisions.
• Conduct variance analysis on revenue, margins, operating and marketing costs, and assess activity profitability by customer and product line.
• Support the budgeting and monthly closing processes in close collaboration with the Accounting team.
• Produce management reports and ad‑hoc analyses for local and central decision‑makers.
• Monitor marketing spend (advertising, POSM, media) and provide cost follow‑up.
• Evaluate capital investment projects (CAPEX) and contribute to financial modelling.
• Coach and mentor the FP&A intern.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business controlling or financial accounting, preferably in a product‑focused, international environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven financial modelling abilities.
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS and accounting policies.
• Experience with SAP or similar integrated operating systems.
