Brand & Campaign Specialist

About the role

As a Brand & Campaign Specialist at Mega, you will strengthen the company’s brand and bring impactful marketing campaigns to life across its Energy and Telecom activities. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director, you will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure a consistent brand experience and support new product launches and commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to Mega’s brand strategy and position the brand as a challenger in Energy and Telecom markets.
• Create and oversee 360° ATL and BTL communication materials across digital, print, audio and video channels.
• Develop and coordinate 360° brand and commercial campaigns across TV, radio, (D)OOH, print and digital platforms.
• Support product launches, sponsorships, partnerships, events and brand activations.
• Monitor campaign performance through KPIs, analyse results and recommend improvements to maximise ROI.
• Track customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage agencies, freelancers and suppliers to deliver campaigns efficiently.
