BIM Modeler – Architectural & Interior Documentation

About the role

NV5 Geospatial is seeking a BIM Modeler to support the management and development of architectural and interior documentation for NATO Headquarters in Brussels. The role is full‑time, 100% on‑site and requires an active NATO Secret security clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate as‑built BIM models and CAD drawings for architectural and interior spaces.
• Create drawing packages, schedules, and deliverables directly from BIM and CAD files.
• Conduct site surveys to verify the precision of existing documentation.
• Maintain facility documentation within SharePoint and other information‑management platforms.
• Support Facility Management teams by ensuring documentation quality and compliance with standards.
• Assist in improving information‑management workflows and contribute to BIM‑based digitalisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Active NATO Secret security clearance at the time of application.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong drafting and modelling capabilities with experience in architectural documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Willingness to work exclusively on‑site at NATO Headquarters in Brussels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with SharePoint for document management.
