Banqueting Supervisor

About the role

Hotel Amigo, a historic boutique hotel in Brussels, is looking for a Banqueting Supervisor to lead its banquet and event operations. You will ensure flawless service for receptions, banquets and special events, maintaining the five‑star standards the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate banquets, receptions and other events, assigning tasks to staff.
• Oversee room set‑up, table arrangements and service equipment, ensuring orderliness and cleanliness.
• Monitor service delivery, menu and beverage execution, and uphold presentation standards.
• Manage workflow across departments, supporting teamwork and cross‑functional cooperation.
• Maintain stock levels of beverages and meals, and promote hotel products to guests.
• Deliver discreet, tailored service while gathering guest feedback for continuous improvement.
