Banqueting Supervisor

About the role

Hotel Amigo, part of the Rocco Forte Hotels collection, is looking for a Banqueting Supervisor to lead its banquet and event operations in the heart of Brussels. You will ensure flawless execution of banquets, receptions and other events while upholding the hotel’s five‑star service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate banquets, receptions and other events.
• Assign tasks and give clear instructions regarding service, menu, and beverages.
• Oversee room setup, tables and service equipment, ensuring orderliness and cleanliness.
• Monitor team workflow and promote cooperation across departments.
• Support team members to maintain five‑star service at all times.
• Deliver discreet, tailored service and gather guest feedback.
• Promote hotel products and seek upselling opportunities.
• Monitor stock levels of beverages and meals.

• Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests.
• Good practical knowledge of banquet operations, global service standards and hotel products.
