Banqueting Supervisor

About the role

Hotel Amigo, a historic boutique hotel located on the cobbled streets near Brussels' Grand Place, is seeking a Banqueting Supervisor. You will lead the planning, setup and service of banquets, receptions and other events, ensuring a seamless, five‑star experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate banquets, receptions and other events.
• Assign tasks and give clear instructions on service, menu and beverage delivery.
• Oversee the setup of rooms, tables and service equipment.
• Ensure orderliness, cleanliness and professional presentation of staff.
• Manage workflow and foster cooperation across hotel departments.
• Support team members to maintain five‑star service standards at all times.
• Deliver discreet, tailored service while sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Promote hotel products and actively seek upselling opportunities.
• Monitor stock levels of beverages and meals.
