Backend Developer (Node.js/Express)

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Developer with solid hands‑on experience in Node.js and Express.js to design, build and scale the APIs that power our modern web applications. You will work closely with front‑end teams to deliver reliable, high‑performance services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and external services as required.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Manage and query databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL or MySQL, including data validation, transformation and indexing.
• Apply security best practices to protect backend services.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, conduct testing and support production deployments.

Required profile

• Proven experience building backend services with Node.js and Express.js.
• Familiarity with designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
