Automotive Warranty Auditor – Brussels

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Warranty Auditor to join our Business Operations team in Brussels. The role involves conducting warranty audits, ensuring compliance with OEM standards, and supporting continuous improvement of service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform warranty audits in line with OEM service standards and guidelines.
• Evaluate workshop and service processes, verifying adherence to OEM requirements.
• Provide expert recommendations to improve warranty processes and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with OEM dealers and service teams to validate warranty claims.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay informed on OEM repair technologies and automotive advancements.
• Document audit findings using MS Office and other relevant tools.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience as an automotive warranty auditor, mechanic, or automotive engineer (service or aftersales manager experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of automotive retail, workshop and service processes, preferably within an OEM environment.
• In‑depth understanding of automotive technology and OEM repair methods.
• Native‑level proficiency in French or Dutch and business‑level English is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• High mobility and flexibility to travel as required.
• Strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
