Automation Trainer

About the role

The Automation Trainer will design and deliver high‑quality training programs focused on industrial automation technologies. The role combines technical expertise with instructional design to enable learners to understand and apply complex automation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain training materials that meet industry standards and are tailored to the target audience.
• Lead a team of trainers, up‑skill members, and oversee technical content development.
• Analyze existing source content and enhance it to add value.
• Conduct Train‑The‑Trainer (TTT) sessions and deliver classroom or virtual workshops.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical training or related fields.
• Proven background in technical writing and software documentation.
• Strong motivation, high energy, and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate technological changes into clear instructional material.
• Fluency in Dutch (native) and English; French is a plus.
