Automation Engineer – Pharmaceutical Production

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our pharmaceutical production site in Courcelles, Belgium. The position is full‑time, five days a week, and requires on‑site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain physical automation solutions on production lines.
• Improve line efficiency through process optimisation and data‑driven analysis.
• Perform routine maintenance, installations and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Document automation projects, procedures and technical changes.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain and operations teams on conveyor system integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation engineering.
• Proven experience with PLC programming and conveyor systems.
• Background in supply‑chain operations or production environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
