Attorney Support Specialist – Legal Administrative Role

About the role

The Attorney Support Specialist is a key member of Latham & Watkins' Attorney Support team in Brussels. You will provide confidential administrative assistance to attorneys and managers, ensuring smooth workflow and high‑quality client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new matter opening, conduct conflict checks, and draft engagement letters.
• Oversee the billing cycle, prepare drafts, revise invoices, and submit client billings.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management on attorney billing matters.
• Handle attorney communications as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Relevant administrative experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team with a client‑service focus.
