Associate Lawyer – Tax Law (Start Sep 2027)

About the role

PwC Legal is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join its Tax Law team in Brussels starting September 2027. You will work alongside experienced lawyers and tax professionals, supporting a diverse client base on a wide range of tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on Belgian and international tax law, including EU law and case law.
• Work on complex tax challenges linked to restructurings, financing structures, transactions, and wealth planning.
• Draft and negotiate tax rulings.
• Support clients during audits, investigations, and voluntary disclosures.
• Assist with tax disputes through negotiation and before courts and authorities.
• Develop effective dispute‑resolution strategies in national and cross‑border contexts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law with a specialisation or additional degree in Tax Law.
• Graduating this academic year or up to two years of experience.
• Strong communicator, analytical, detail‑oriented with solid writing skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn and comfortable with AI prompting.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French plus English; trilingual is a plus.
