Associate Field Clinical Liaison – French Speaking

About the role

As an Associate Field Clinical Liaison you will be the primary point of contact for dentists and orthodontists in Wallonia and Luxembourg. You will travel to dental practices to deliver clinical education on Invisalign, iTero scanners and related digital workflows, helping customers become confident users of the technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing training on Invisalign, iTero and ClinCheck in both virtual and face‑to‑face settings.
• Serve as the first contact for clinical support, handling inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
• Design and execute educational programs in collaboration with sales, marketing and customer support teams.
• Plan and conduct field visits to dental offices, DSO organisations and universities, travelling up to 70% of the time.
• Submit weekly training reports and manage expense documentation.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in dentistry, orthodontics or dental technology.
• Bachelor’s degree (DDS, DMD, Dental Technician or equivalent).
• Fluent in French and English, residing in Belgium.
• Strong public‑speaking and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively (minimum 70%).
