Associate Director, OE Continuous Improvement Lead

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the global Continuous Improvement Culture & Capability pillar within its One Operational Excellence system. The role focuses on building Lean capabilities, coaching behaviours, and a high‑performance improvement culture across the manufacturing network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the global CI Culture & Capability pillar, creating enterprise‑wide learning pathways and capability frameworks.
• Champion Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, PDCA, Hoisin, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Coach senior leaders and teams to shift from reactive firefighting to structured problem‑solving.
• Design and deploy global train‑the‑trainer programmes and other capability‑building solutions.
• Embed coaching, servant‑leadership, and continuous‑improvement behaviours throughout the organisation.
• Create systems for best‑practice sharing and capability development across markets.
• Partner with business leaders to drive sustainable cultural and performance transformation.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or manufacturing transformation.
• Proven success leading large‑scale Lean or culture‑transformation programmes across multiple sites or regions.
• Strong knowledge of Lean management systems, coaching, problem‑solving, and performance‑improvement methodologies.
• Experience developing capability frameworks, learning programmes, and leadership‑development initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and influencing skills in complex matrix organisations.
• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Organisational Development or related field.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification desirable; coaching or facilitation certification advantageous.
