Assistant Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, overseeing daily store operations, and leading a team in a flagship Brussels location.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities.
• Set daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Monitor KPIs, run reports and update the Store Manager on action plans.
• Control costs and store operations, including stock management, payroll, administration and rosters.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.
• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Ensure strong visual standards across the store.

Required profile

• Passionate about the brand and living its values.
• Strong customer service skills with experience leading and developing a team.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Experience managing store operations, stock and administrative duties.
• Ability to motivate and drive a team to exceed performance goals.
