Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

Atelier Vierkant is seeking a full‑time Assistant Sales Manager to join its sales team in Ostend. You will support the sales process for handcrafted ceramic products, working closely with architects, designers and distributors to ensure smooth order handling and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer and order data in the CRM system.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and basic product documentation.
• Coordinate lead times and deliveries with production and logistics.
• Assist with pricing, sample requests and after‑sales service.
• Support trade fairs, showroom visits and client meetings.
• Contribute to sales reporting, market feedback and identification of growth opportunities for key accounts.

Required profile

• Strong sales support experience, especially in account coordination and quotation preparation.
• Excellent communication in English; knowledge of Dutch, French or German is a plus.
• Interest in design, architecture or high‑end crafted products.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across sales, production and logistics teams.
• Relevant post‑secondary education in business, sales, marketing or equivalent practical experience.
