Assistant Manager

About the role

The Assistant Manager supports store leadership by combining business strategy, operational excellence, creative merchandising, and people management to deliver outstanding customer experiences and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze store performance and drive sales results through best‑in‑class customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines and process efficiency.
• Maintain store presentation, update floor sets, provide styling recommendations, and ensure product knowledge.
• Manage omni‑channel fulfillment and coordinate stockroom operations.
• Lead talent initiatives: recruit, train, engage, and develop team members.
• Handle staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Ensure effective communication across the store and protect assets.
