Assistant Brand Manager Internship

About the role

Join Reckitt’s dynamic Marketing team in Brussels as an Assistant Brand Manager Intern. You will work closely with a Brand Manager to support the growth of leading hygiene and health brands such as Finish, Vanish, Durex, and Dettol.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance, analyse monthly trends and produce ad‑hoc reports.
• Gather and interpret competitive intelligence to inform brand decisions.
• Contribute to the creation of promotional offers, packaging concepts, artwork, POS materials and customer tools.
• Assist in developing trade strategies, sales policies and marketing plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including R&D, sales and media, to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Enrolled at a university within the EU and able to secure an internship agreement.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, creativity and the ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• Results‑oriented, entrepreneurial, resilient and eager to learn.
