ASIC Operations & Supply Chain Lead

About the role

The ASIC Operations & Supply Chain Lead coordinates supply‑chain solutions across manufacturing, assembly and testing activities. You will collaborate with customers, suppliers and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operational execution and reliable delivery performance in a semiconductor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational coordination for ASIC supply‑chain activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Manage demand planning, forecasting updates and align production scheduling.
• Monitor supplier capacity, delivery timelines and identify potential supply risks.
• Ensure high‑quality, on‑time execution of semiconductor manufacturing operations.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives within supply‑chain and planning processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–10 years of experience in supply‑chain operations, preferably in semiconductors or electronics manufacturing.
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing suppliers, schedules and customer communications.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
