Architect & Developers Team Lead

About the role

As an Architect & Developers Team Lead you will drive the design, development and lifecycle management of customer‑facing digital solutions for Atlas Copco Group. You will inspire a multidisciplinary team of software engineers while ensuring that platforms such as the customer portal, webshop, CRM and CPQ meet high standards of scalability, performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain end‑to‑end solution architecture for all customer‑facing platforms.
• Design integration patterns, including APIs and event‑driven architectures, to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Govern the full application lifecycle from technical design through deployment and ongoing maintenance in a cloud‑based environment.
• Promote development standards, quality controls and DevOps best practices across the team.
• Coach, mentor and develop internal and external developers, supporting recruitment and performance management.
• Collaborate with sales, service and marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation, automation and efficiency improvements.
• Support global digitalisation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading software development teams in a complex, multi‑channel environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, IT strategy and security requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
