Arabic‑Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for Arabic‑speaking customers, providing clear, empathetic assistance across email, chat, and phone channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic (and English when needed) via email, chat, or phone.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Document all interactions in our CRM system and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
• Ensure communications meet company quality standards and handle complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams, attend training sessions, and stay informed about product updates.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Arabic with good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, empathy, and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently from a remote location.
