Application DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Application DevOps Engineer to join a client’s multidisciplinary development team. The role combines production support, incident management and hands‑on development of business applications within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production components and generate regular reports.
• Track, analyse and resolve production issues reported by business users.
• Collaborate with scrum masters, analysts, developers and testers to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Test newly developed software for stability and validate fixes before release.
• Provide release support and ensure smooth deployment of changes.
• Write and adjust application code, create SQL queries and perform data analyses.
• Document processes and solutions following Agile best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in incident management, including identification, correction and testing of issues.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude, able to advise IT colleagues and users on new projects.
• Comfortable working under pressure, taking responsibility for decisions and meeting deadlines.
• Creative problem‑solver with a focus on delivering reliable solutions.
