AI Enablement & Coach

About the role

Gaming1 is looking for an AI Enablement & Coach to accelerate its AI adoption across the organisation. You will work within the Learning & Transformation team to help employees of all functions integrate AI tools into their daily workflows, fostering a culture of responsible and productive AI use.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1‑on‑1 coaching sessions tailored to individual roles, guiding employees on practical AI tool usage.
• Design and facilitate 2–3 hour team workshops covering hands‑on use of approved AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT, as well as advanced prompting techniques.
• Identify, document, and promote high‑impact AI use cases at the team level to drive measurable business value.
• Onboard staff onto new AI tools, providing guidance on prompt engineering, skill configuration, and GPT customisation.
• Build and maintain an internal knowledge base of prompts, tutorials, guidelines, and validated use cases.
• Establish a peer‑champion network by recruiting an AI ambassador in each team and supporting their activities.
• Publish regular AI tips, best‑practice newsletters, and communications to sustain engagement.
• Coach teams on responsible token consumption, data confidentiality, and verification of AI outputs.
• Contribute to quarterly AI maturity assessments and document ROI examples such as time saved and adoption rates.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience using modern LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) on a daily basis.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong communication skills with the capacity to simplify complex AI concepts.
• Change‑management mindset, understanding that tool adoption is a people challenge.
• Curiosity and self‑learning drive to stay ahead of rapid AI developments.
