AI Enablement & Coach

About the role

Gaming1 is seeking an AI Enablement & Coach to join its Learning & Transformation team. The role will help employees across all functions adopt AI productivity tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, turning basic awareness into measurable behaviour change.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1‑on‑1 coaching sessions tailored to individual roles, guiding employees in applying AI tools to real tasks.
• Design and run 2–3 hour workshops on approved AI platforms, advanced prompting, and prompt engineering.
• Identify, document, and scale high‑impact AI use cases at the team level.
• Onboard staff to new AI tools, configure skills, and customise GPT models.
• Maintain an internal knowledge base of prompts, tutorials, guidelines, and validated use cases.
• Establish a peer‑champion network by recruiting an AI ambassador in each team.
• Publish regular AI tips, newsletters, and best‑practice communications.
• Coach teams on responsible token consumption and monitor AI usage for compliance.
• Contribute to quarterly AI maturity assessments and report ROI metrics.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with modern LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex AI concepts.
• Change‑management mindset with a focus on people‑centric adoption.
• Curious self‑learner who stays current with fast‑moving AI developments.
